“Italian-American firl style breakup article was fascinating. It was my story, as I am sure so many others. I am 61 widowed, very fit and attractive getting over a 3-year relationship with a very selfish man. I don’t have many single friends and do not like bars and clubs. See the same people at all of them and this makes me sad and hopeless. Where does one my age go to find a social life other than on line dating or bars.? I will take the advice from this article to try and overcome the empty feeling that comes and goes. The worst part of the breakup for me is knowing someone else will be taking my place, but will also have to endure the lies and insults, which should be a sobering factor to me, but it does’t help much.

Hope you have some more advice for me. Live in the hamptons on long island ny, not much to do here. If you have some links I could go to it would be greatly appreciated.

    Sissy
